About Chris Lawrence
Chris Lawrence is a professional Rugby League player and is the Director of One Wellbeing. Chris has had 15 years in the NRL competition and played over 250 games for the Wests Tigers. He has also played 6 test matches for Australia.
Chris has had to overcome a number of major setbacks in his professional sporting career after suffering 2 separate career threatening injuries, both of which were likened to a car accidents. Chris has bounced back from both these incidents through utilising a number of key mindset, resilience and performance strategies that he has learnt through his 15 year career playing alongside some of the best players in the game.
